The estimating staff strives to provide the General Contractor with a reasonable price to complete the proposed scope of work, whether it is for a small or a large project. PRELIMINARY BUDGET PRICING Clevenger Corporation can establish preliminary pricing by performing a complete take-off based on project drawings. Any discrepancies on drawings will be addressed to make sure that the project is priced based on the work that will be required to achieve the intended construction results. VALUE ENGINEERING The project Estimator can establish budgets both in house and by using vendors to assist with special pricing when appropriate. Whenever applicable, the estimator will notify the General Contractor’s project contact of any cost effective substitutions if a product of equal quality can be used in lieu of the product specified on drawings, maintaining the proposed design.

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT Clevenger Corporation develops a project team for each project. The progress of the project is discussed on a daily basis, to ensure that the work is on schedule and that it will be finished by the set completion date. Any unprecedented issues will be dealt with, and solutions will be provided. This team is made up of a: · Project Manager · General Superintendent · Job Foreman · Office Support Staff A single project manager handles the project from the estimating process to the final punch out. Project manager responsibilities include: · Estimating · Monitoring of the construction schedule · Attending project meetings whenever necessary · Change orders · Billings A full time job Foreman is maintained on the project to coordinate Clevenger Corporation’s field staff and other trades. The job Foreman is available on site at all times to interact with the General Contractor’s superintendent. He will inspect the project on a daily basis to insure quality control and on time completion. 1 YEAR WARRANTY FOR ALL WORK COMPLETED Clevenger Corporation warrants that all materials furnished and labor performed in conjunction with a project, is in accord with the Contract Documents and authorized modifications. The warranty commences on the date indicated on the Warrant form, and expires one year after the date listed. Should any defect develop during the warranty period due to improper materials or workmanship, Clevenger Corporation at no expense to the Owner will repair the same, including adjacent work displaced.
