PROJECT MANAGEMENT Clevenger Interiors develops a project team for each project. The progress of the project is discussed on a daily basis, to ensure that the work is on schedule and that it will be finished by the set completion date.

Clevenger Corporation is a union subcontractor specializing in tenant build out and interior remodeling projects.   Clifton L. Clevenger, Sr., and Clifton L. Clevenger, Jr. established the company as an interior finish-subcontracting firm in 1957.  The corporation has enjoyed steady growth over the years.  Since 1957, Clevenger Corporation has assembled a team of project managers, superintendents, who have successfully completed thousand projects ranging from small remodeling work to multi-million dollar tenant construction. For each project Clevenger Corporation designates a project team. Consisting of the Project Manager, General Superintendent, Job Superintendent,  and office support staff. A single project manager handles the project from estimating and bidding to the final punch out. The project manager is  familiar with the decisions made during the pre-construction phase that impact construction and scheduling, and coordinates the project accordingly.   A full time project superintendent coordinates Clevenger Corporation's field staff. The superintendent is available on site at all times to coordinate with  the tenant and the design team. He will inspect the project on a daily basis to insure quality control and timely completion.   The Construction Division is structured to allow the project manager to handle all aspects of the project (consulting, budgeting, scheduling and value  engineering) from start to finish. This policy of "single and entire" responsibility for a project provides every client with consistent, individual service.   Clevenger Corporation maintains a 30,000 square foot warehouse facility and a fleet of trucks. The warehouse facility stocks a diverse selection of  interior finish building materials. This enables Clevenger to buy as a distributor from major manufactures insuring timely material deliveries to each  project.
