Clevenger Wins Craftsmanship Award for the DC Consulting Office

The Washington Building Congress 47 ^th Annual Craftsmanship Awards banquet was held on  March 21st, 2003, at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, DC.   Clevenger Corporation was named a winner in the Finishes division.   

Five Clevenger carpenters were honored for their outstanding craftsmanship at the DC Consulting Office. Clevenger Corporation acknowledges the exceptional work of its award-winning employees and thanks them for their dedication:

The highlight of this office space is the 56-foot radius rotunda. The full-length acoustic panels in the ceiling give a sense of floating and gradual height increase to the center of the room. An extraordinary level of cooperation was required to construct the room, and the manner in which it was approached by the subcontractors was exemplary. These craftsmen completed the entire space under an extremely tight schedule, despite the ceiling work being complicated by numerous HVAC and electrical changes made throughout the project to accommodate current code requirements.
